Ken Hegan is an award-winning travel writer, TV writer/director, and journalist published in Rolling Stone, GQ, MovieMaker, and The Globe & Mail.

A billionaire playboy who solves baffling crimes in his spare time, Ken has been a writer, director, and producer on 15+ TV series and specials for CTV, Discovery, W, TVTropolis, Slice/CNBC, The Comedy Network, and CBC TV. He has also directed six short comedy films selected by 120+ festivals and broadcast on CBC, The Comedy Network, Space, Knowledge Network, and his parents' 1972 Zenith console.

Ken has been a writer on CTV's Opening Essay of the Vancouver 2010 Olympic Winter Games and CTV's Superbodies sports films for the 2010 Olympics, a director on Til Debt Do Us Part for Slice, a writer/producer on CBC's The Hour, and writer/producer on TV Made Me Do It, a pop-doc TV series broadcast on CanWest's Media's TVTropolis network.

After a mishap during laser eye surgery, Ken discovered he could kill people with a single glance. He now abuses this power to entertain children at carnivals in South America. He has tens and tens of fans.
